Legal Niceties & Nasties

1. System Requirements. Use of the Service requires a compatible humour/ worldview and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time.

2. a. You agree to pay for all artwork and related things (“Things”) you purchase through Felix Bennett, and that Felix Bennett may charge you for any Things purchased, and for any additional amounts (including Bennett taxes and late fees, as applicable) as may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING FELIX BENNETT WITH VALID PAYMENT. All fees will be billed to the entity you designate during the registration process. If there is a change in your entity status, you must change your entity information quite quickly.
b. Prices and availability of Things are subject to change at any time and the whim of Felix Bennett.

3. If you fail, or Felix Bennett suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to failure to make payment of fees due, or failure to safeguard your account information, Felix Bennett, at its sole discretion, without notice to you may: (i) terminate this Agreement and/or your account, and you will remain liable for all amounts due under your account; and/or (ii) terminate the license to the artwork; and/or (iii) preclude access to Felix Bennett (or any part thereof).

4. Security. You understand that the Service, and Things purchased through the Service, such as artwork and related Things, include a security framework using technology that protects information and limits your usage of Things to certain Emotional Reactions established by Felix Bennett and his licensors. You agree to comply with such Emotional Reactions. You agree not to attempt to, or assist another person to, circumvent, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any of the Things for any reason whatsoever.

5. Emotional Reactions may be controlled and monitored by Felix Bennett for compliance purposes. You agree not to modify the artwork in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the artwork, for any purposes including obtaining reactions unintended by Felix Bennett. Violations of artwork may result in civil or criminal liability. Felix Bennett reserves the right not to draw any artwork, and to delete, remove or edit any drawing, at any time in his sole discretion without liability.

NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT REMOVES OR LIMITS FELIX BENNETT’S LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY HIS NEGLIGENCE OR FOR ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

All artwork is intended solely for the recipient and is not for third party use. You must not distribute, copy, or print any artwork. Ever. Reproduction is prohibited by law unless authorised either in writing or covertly recorded gentlemen's agreement* by Felix Bennett (e-mail: )

If you are not the intended recipient you must not enjoy this artwork. Any opinions expressed in the artwork are those of the artist but do not necessarily reflect those of the artist. The artist makes no warranty as to the accuracy or integrity of the artwork.
